Shiftlee App Terms of Use
Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of the “Shiftlee” application. This policy applies to all users, including users who create an account and log in to the application. This document “Terms of Use” was updated on February 14, 2024.

Purpose
You can use the “Shiftlee” application for the purposes for which it is intended only, including but not limited to “furniture transportation, livestock transportation, shopping transportation, equipment transportation, and other transportation services offered in the application.” It is prohibited to transport, send, receive, or deliver any materials and products that violate the transportation regulations and regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Account Creation
You can create an account on the “Shiftlee” application by providing certain information such as your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide and you may not create multiple accounts or use fake accounts.
Account Usage
You can use your account to access our services and features. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and you must keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone. We remind you that you are responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of your account.
Account Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time and all your personal data will be deleted when you cancel your account. We may retain some data for legal or business reasons.

You are responsible for all content that you create or submit to the application. This includes images, videos, text, and comments. You may not publish or distribute any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of another person.
Conduct
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the application. This includes intellectual property laws, privacy laws, anti-discrimination laws, and any other applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Payment
The “Shiftlee” application reserves the right to impose new fees for using the application. You will be informed of this and you will have the option to continue or discontinue use. Please note that you will be solely responsible for the legal liability resulting from non-payment of the service fees upon receipt, whether in cash or electronically, as agreed upon.
The “Shiftlee” application has the right to stop the user from continuing to use the application or to block it partially or completely in case of non-payment of the amount due for the service provided until the dues are paid.
Pricing Method
The price of the services is determined by the submission of bids by service providers, plus the service fees of the “Shiftlee” application. The customer has the right to choose the appropriate offer.
Indemnification
By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless “Shiftlee” App, its affiliates, licensors, and each of its officers, directors, employees, and agents (including attorneys’ fees and costs) from and against any claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach or violation of any of these Terms of Service or any law or regulation applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether or not referred to in these Terms of Service.
- Your violation of any rights of others, including Service Providers.
Term
This Policy shall be a contract between you and “Shiftlee” App for an indefinite period. You may terminate the contract by deleting your personal account from the application permanently. “Shiftlee” App also has the right to terminate the contract at any time by deleting your account or blocking it partially or completely without referring to you or notifying you of that for any reason whatsoever.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All disputes and disagreements shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Intellectual Property Rights
Shiftlee owns all rights to the application and all content contained therein. This includes copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. You may not use any of the content contained in the application without obtaining written permission from Shiftlee.
Changes to the Policy
We may change this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to the Policy by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email.
